Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner along with potential full time hours In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness & hygiene of our clients' spaces, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents & guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, & sanitizing surfaces according to company standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with team members & supervisors to coordinate tasks & ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional & courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
- MUST pass a criminal background check & drug test
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic & a passion for cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various work locations including Clarks Summit, Springbrook, Lake Ariel , Scranton along with surrounding areas
- Must be good with constructive feedback

Job Types:
Pay & Growth Opportunities:
We believe hard work should be rewarded! Here’s how our pay structure works:
- Training Period (First 2 weeks ): $16 hr while you learn our systems & standards.
- After Training Period: $20 hr as you build confidence & consistency.
- After One Month : Transition to performance-based pay, where most of our cleaners average around $22 hr (or more!) depending on efficiency, quality, & reliability.
